Enjoy the transitory beauty of early-blooming spring natives

If you've ever experienced firsthand the beauty of a woodland trillium, then you're a lucky person. Trilliums are part of a group of early-blooming, hard-to-find native flowers known as spring ephemerals, and we're carrying a full line of them at Sugar Creek.

We Plan You Plant -- free design advice

Even if it's too muddy and cold to work outside, there are things you can do inside that still count as "gardening" when you're in the mood.  Now is the time to start seeds indoors -- a great way to save money -- and you can set up a free 45-minute design consultation with one of Sugar Creek Gardens' horticulturists.

Enjoy Art in Bloom at the St. Louis Art Museum

Two of our favorite things -- art and flowers -- come together in spectacular fashion at the St. Louis Art Museum Thursday, March 6, though Sunday, March 9, at the annual Art in Bloom exhibit.  Entry is free, although certain special events require a ticket.
