Nepeta 'Blue Wonder'

NEPETA, Catmint: sun/part shade; blooms summer; valued for their long blooming period; fragrant gray-green foliage; excellent plants that do well in heat and drought.  Deer and rabbit resistant.

faassenii ‘Kit Kat’.  Compact 16” plants with short, narrow racemes of dark purple blue flowers and small gray-green foliage. 

f. ‘Walker’s Low’.  Named 2007 Perennial Plant of the Year’.  Masses of lavender blue flowers are produced in summer on long, arching stems.  Aromatic grey leaves.  Grow 2-3’ tall.  Excellent, low are plants that are tolerant of considerable drought.  Rabbit and deer resistant. 

grandiflora ‘Wild Cat’.  This large, well-branched, abundant flowering Catmint is strikingly colored with long racemes of purple-blue flowers that have a purple red calyx.  48”.

latifolia ‘Super Cat’.  Strong, upright stems produce multitudes of 8” violet flower spikes.  Wonderful in fresh bouquets.  48-52” beauty.

mussinnii 'Blue Wonder': 12-15"; lavender-blue 6" flower spikes; spectacular ground cover; good edger. Designated a Missouri Botanical Garden’s ‘Plant of Merit’.

subsessilis ‘Sweet Dreams’.  Large, soft, two-tones, white and pink flowers on upright clumping stems of neat, serrated leaves.  Blooms July through Sept.
