Possibly the most talked about plant in horticulture 'Bombshell' Dwarf Panicle Hydrangea
As its name suggests 'Bombshell' Hydrangea commands all eyes with its explosion of blossoms. Multitudes of pure white petals create large, luscious panicles. So stunning it belongs in the front of the house in your prized garden spot, as a striking low growing hedge where an exceptional display is needed, or in containers framing doorways and patios. The whopping blossoms smother shrubs for months from mid summer to hard frost, much earlier than other H. paniculatas. Due to its early blooming 'Bombshell' is the longest blooming H. paniculata.
Grows 3-4' wide and prefers part shade to full sun.
After plant is established requires weekly watering, or more times a week in extreme heat. For showiest blooms, keep well watered when shrubs are setting buds and flowering. Will blossom on new growth.
